Hello Alberto
How are you?
I have one question about landi.
We got kits with water temperature sensor that installing not into reducer but before
it to the water pipe... why Landi use this kind of temperature sensors? Can you explain to me?
And how in this case understand, what temperature has reducer during working. Is it heated enough or not?
And how in program use this water temperature sensor? Only for converting to gas?
Thank you
Hi Konsta!
Landi never had the temperature sensor inside the reducer (instead Lovato has it). We always had the “T” connector sensor that need to be installed on water pipe.
You are right that in that way the temperature of the water isn’t exactly the one inside the regulator, but the difference is really low, so we can assume that the temperature is the same.
We use water temperature sensor to reduce the switch over time, as you already said. But also to apply a correction on gas injection time during the warm up.
If you need more detail just asked me.
Regards
Ciao

Hi! thanks for your replay.
But how can we know, just if we test with laptop, is temperature
of reducer good or not. You know, that sometimes happened some situations,
than reducer installed not correct or in reducer water cam has some air, and it's not
heating very well..
Hi again!
Usually we just touch the reducer after complete warm up and switch to gas.
If it’s cold it’s mean that we have some heating problems.
Anyway, like I told you, you can read it also from the sensor. The difference between OBD temperature (real engine value) and the temperature you read on the software can be 8-10 degrees. If it’s 20 for example, you can have heating problems.
Ciao
